Through guiding you to bring awareness within, I will help you access the wisdom of your body and your intuition. I am an integrative and client-led therapist that will support you in your own self discovery. You are the master of your own life. I take a holistic and somatic approach that facilitates insight that creates deep healing and lasting change.
