Being in therapy is one of the bravest things people can do, and I have deep respect for anyone willing to give it a go. I specialize in working with those who have experienced complex trauma and people who struggle with addiction and problematic substance use.

As an Austrian psychotherapist, I have a deep connection to my psychoanalytic roots. My approach generally resonates with individuals curious about their minds and how social, cultural, and political environments impact mental health. This includes unraveling the harm within the mental health system and affirming the experiences of those who have not had access to affirming care. It is essential to me that my clients understand their diagnoses and know the strategies and skills to help them daily.

Insight and skills are important, but they can only take you so far. Art therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, mindfulness, transpersonal and somatic therapy help access and process emotions and deeper meanings that may remain hidden in regular talk therapy.

I have been working in this field for over eight years, with extensive training and experience in addiction and trauma-informed care. I am also a trained ketamine-assisted psychotherapist and am currently pursuing certification in clinical psilocybin facilitation.
