Hello, I’m Julia, currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at Adams State University. As a person-centered therapist, my humanistic approach is influenced by feminist theory. I believe in creating a non-judgmental, empathetic space where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts and emotions.

My therapeutic style is integrative, adapting to the client’s unique needs by combining elements from different theories. This considers the whole person—physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual aspects—recognizing the complexity of individuals and the benefits of a multi-faceted approach.

I enjoy working with diverse clients, including those dealing with neurodivergence, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, body image concerns, depression, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, and general life changes. Acknowledging the impacts of gender, sexuality, race, class, and background, I strive to foster authenticity in our sessions, exploring the intersections that shape your life.

Let's collaborate on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and understanding. Your story is unique, and our therapy sessions will reflect that uniqueness.
