I hold a deep belief in the potential for personal growth through self-awareness and self-compassion within each person. My integrative therapeutic approach combines mindfulness-based psychotherapy and the transformative Internal Family Systems (IFS) modality. These evidence-based methods provide a structured yet personalized experience.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, a sense of emotional overwhelm, relationship/family challenges, or if you’re feeling “stuck" and struggling with motivation and direction, you don't have to navigate these challenges alone. Together, we'll explore the many unique parts of yourself that have helped you navigate this world. Through this self-exploration, we will build a toolkit of skills tailored to your needs and strengthen your ability to show up to life’s challenges in a way that feels powerful and, most importantly, authentic to you.
My commitment is to empower you to bravely and compassionately face yourself. Let's work together to unlock your authentic wisdom and create a life filled with clarity and purpose. If you're ready to take the first step towards positive change, please reach out. I offer a professional and supportive environment where you can explore and develop your capacity for self-awareness. It would be an honor to be part of your journey!
