I take a person centered and collaborative approach to therapy, informed by over ten years of helping a wide range of folks with mental health symptoms. My experience has focused on neurodivergence, women’s issues, teens/adolescents, trauma and addiction. I utilize various techniques with a basis in mindfulness including Art Therapy (when in person), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

As a supervisor (Masters level LPC candidates) I provide a scaffolded approach with the expectation that supervisees work towards development of their own professional identity, informed by sound clinical experience and learning, ethical approach, and thoughtful consideration of the client's unique experience and needs. Autonomy is encouraged, so long as the supervisee maintains strong engagement in the supervision process, showing up with self-reflections, an openness to feedback, and a desire to learn.

Difficult times are to be expected however, the expectation is not that you do it alone. Recognizing the need for support can be difficult, and my role is to support you in better understanding your experiences and how to best care for all of the parts of yourself.
