My experience in counseling is rooted in working with the mind in the present moment. As a transpersonal counselor, I offer empathy, acceptance, insight, and resolution. I believe in supporting you in building a blueprint to achieve short and long-term goals.

My experience in counseling consists of mindfulness, transpersonal, somatic, dreamwork, Eastern Wisdom Traditions, and hypnotherapy. Whatever you are facing, I feel excited to build a plan that is workable for you. My passion is to support and guide you through healing, contentment, peace, and joy.
